These Terms of Use govern your use of glacierhomeexteriors.com (the “Site”) operated by Glacier Home Exteriors (“Glacier”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Glacier services, browse our service-area pages, read our blog, and submit inquiries. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to harvest data, or to attempt to compromise Site security.

2. Estimates & quotes

Estimates and quotes provided by Glacier — whether through the Site, in person, by phone, or in writing — are valid for the period stated on the quote document (typically 60–90 days). Pricing is subject to physical site verification at the in-home measure. Written itemized quotes supersede any preliminary verbal or web estimates.

3. Project contracts & warranty

Project work is governed by the executed project contract, not by these Terms of Use. The project contract documents scope, pricing, payment schedule, warranty terms, and dispute resolution. Glacier’s 1-year labor warranty and applicable manufacturer warranties are detailed on our Warranty page and in the project contract.

4. Site content & intellectual property

Site content, including text, photography, design, and trademarks, is owned by Glacier or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Anlin, GAF, James Hardie, Owens Corning, Pella, Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Enhancify, and similar third-party marks are the property of their respective owners.

5. Third-party links & tools

The Site contains links to third-party websites and tools (Enhancify, Google, manufacturer warranty portals). Glacier is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties for the Site

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Glacier does not warrant that Site information is error-free or that the Site will be uninterrupted. (This Site disclaimer is separate from Glacier’s project warranties, which are governed by the executed project contract.)

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glacier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability arising from project work is governed by the executed project contract.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site (separate from project contract disputes) will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in McLennan County, Texas.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a posted update constitutes acceptance.
