The Glacier Guarantee

What’s covered

• Glacier workmanship on installation labor for the coverage period stated on your project contract.
• Manufacturer warranty registration — we submit Anlin, GAF, James Hardie, Owens Corning, Pella, Sherwin-Williams, and Benjamin Moore product warranty paperwork on your behalf at project close.
• Direct response from Glacier — warranty calls go to (254) 265-8898 and reach the team that knows your project.

What’s not covered

• Storm, hail, wind, and other weather damage (homeowners insurance).
• Acts of God, fire, flood, vandalism, accidents.
• Normal wear, fading, or weathering within manufacturer specifications.
• Damage caused by third-party contractors, owner modifications, or work performed after our install.
• Pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or hidden damage outside the scope of work.
• Material defects covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (handled directly through that manufacturer’s process).
• Incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

How to make a claim

1. Call (254) 265-8898 or email info@glacierhomeexteriors.com within the coverage period. Notice in writing is preferred.
2. Provide your project address, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible.
3. Glacier will inspect within a reasonable time and determine whether the issue is covered. Approved workmanship claims will be repaired at no charge.

The fine print

This page is a summary. Your executed project contract is the authoritative document and controls all coverage terms, exclusions, and dispute resolution. Coverage period, scope, and any project-specific limitations are stated on that contract. The Glacier Guarantee is non-transferable unless explicitly stated in writing on the project contract. Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Glacier reserves the right to inspect any claimed issue before authorizing repair. This guarantee does not affect any non-waivable rights the homeowner may have under Texas law.
