5-Year Workmanship Warranty
Every installation is covered by our 5-year workmanship warranty. If something we installed fails due to our labor, we fix it at no cost to you. This covers installation defects, leaks caused by improper installation, flashing and sealing failures, and any workmanship issue that affects performance.
Manufacturer Warranties On File
We register every manufacturer warranty on your behalf and provide the paperwork at project completion. GAF and Owens Corning offer lifetime shingle coverage. James Hardie provides 30-year substrate plus 15-year ColorPlus finish protection. Anlin offers a true lifetime window warranty including glass breakage.
Written Everything

After every major hail event in Central Texas, out-of-state crews flood the area offering “free inspections” and same-day contracts. They collect the insurance check, do the minimum work, and leave town before the first leak appears. Here are the red flags.

What does your 5-year workmanship warranty cover?
Our 5-year workmanship warranty covers any defects in installation or labor attributable to our crew. This includes leaks caused by improper installation, flashing failures, sealing defects, and any workmanship issue that affects the performance of your roof, siding, windows, or paint job. Material defects are covered separately by the manufacturer warranty, which we register on your behalf.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Call our office at (254) 265-8898 or email us. Describe the issue and we'll schedule an inspection — typically within 5 business days. If the issue falls under our workmanship warranty, we repair it at no cost. If it falls under the manufacturer warranty, we help you file the claim and manage the process.
Are the manufacturer warranties transferable if I sell my home?
Most manufacturer warranties are transferable to a new homeowner — we provide the transfer documentation at closing. Check with us for details on specific products. Our Glacier workmanship warranty covers the original homeowner only.
How do I know if a contractor is a storm chaser?
The biggest red flags: they showed up uninvited after a storm, they have no local office, they can't provide a Texas contractor license number, they pressure you to sign immediately, or they offer to waive your insurance deductible (which is insurance fraud in Texas). A legitimate contractor will provide a written estimate, won't pressure you, and will have a verifiable local presence.
What happens if I have a problem after the warranty period?
We're a local, family-owned company — we're not going anywhere. Even after the warranty period, call us. If the issue is related to our original installation, we'll work with you on a fair resolution. Your manufacturer warranties typically extend well beyond our workmanship period — lifetime for GAF and Anlin products.
