Information you provide: When you book an estimate, submit a contact form, or call us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your project. If you finance a project through Enhancify, you will provide additional information directly to Enhancify under their privacy policy.

Information collected automatically: Device, browser, IP address, referring URL, pages visited, and time-on-page data collected via cookies and analytics tags (Google Analytics, Google Site Kit, Meta Pixel where enabled).

To respond to your inquiry and schedule an in-home estimate
To send your written quote, project schedule, and warranty documentation
To communicate about active projects, scheduling, and post-install follow-up
To respond to insurance claim documentation requests from your carrier
To send occasional updates about Glacier services (you can opt out anytime)
To improve Site usability and content based on aggregate analytics

3. SMS communications (TCPA compliance)

When you submit a contact form or otherwise provide your phone number to Glacier, you consent to receive SMS messages from Glacier related to your project — scheduling confirmations, install reminders, follow-up. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How we share information

Glacier does not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers who help us operate the business — CRM (HighLevel/GoHighLevel), SMS gateway, email, accounting, scheduling.
Manufacturers (Anlin, GAF, James Hardie, Owens Corning, Pella, Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore) when registering warranties on your behalf.
Enhancify if you apply for project financing (your information goes to Enhancify under their privacy policy).
Your insurance carrier or adjuster when documenting damage for a claim, only with your authorization.
Law enforcement or courts when required by lawful process.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure traffic, and deliver relevant content. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit Site functionality.

We retain project records for the duration of your warranty period (10 years on labor; longer on manufacturer warranties we need to support). We use commercially reasonable security measures including SSL/TLS encryption on the Site and access controls on our CRM. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
