Warranty on the Ultimate
The Limited Warranty extends to the owner of the structure in which the products are originally installed and is fully transferable, so it follows the house rather than ending when it is sold.

What warranty comes with the Marvin Ultimate?
Marvin Ultimate is covered by the Marvin Window and Door Limited Warranty. Standard insulating glass with stainless steel spacers is warranted against seal failure for 20 years in sizes up to 60 square feet, and 10 years at 60 square feet and larger. Non-glass components, hardware and the finish are covered for 10 years. The warranty is fully transferable to the next owner of the home.
