The Beauty of Symmetry
The Catalina is symmetrically engineered with even sightlines, so the rails line up across the opening rather than reading top-heavy. It was Anlin’s original design and remains the series Anlin sells most of. It can be fully loaded with every feature upgrade Anlin offers, which is what makes it the default choice for most Central Texas homes.

Anlin Panoramic Series
A Designer Frame with Maximum View
The Panoramic uses a narrower frame profile than the Catalina, which means more glass and more daylight in the same rough opening. It is engineered for maximum energy-saving performance while giving up as little of the view to frame as Anlin can manage.

Anlin Coronado Series
Flexibility to Complete Your Perfect Home Window Plan
The Coronado is Anlin’s fresh-air ventilation series. It is the only Anlin line that offers double hung, double slider, casement and awning windows, and the only one that carries bay, bow and garden windows. Coronado can be mixed into a plan alongside Catalina or Panoramic windows, or used throughout the house.

Anlin Malibu Door Series
Love the Way They Look and Feel
Malibu sliding and swinging patio doors are built for smooth operation over a long life. Swinging French doors use a three-point locking system — the keyed lock drives solid metal posts at the top, middle and bottom of the door, with a dead bolt on top of that. Swinging doors come in heights from 6′ to 8′ and can be ordered in-swing or out-swing.

Anlin SunMatrix
Four-layer Low-E coating, 99% UV blocked
Four layers of energy-efficient Low-E coating rather than one, reflecting and substantially reducing the solar heat entering the home. It blocks 99% of ultraviolet light — the part of sunlight that fades hardwood floors, rugs and upholstery on south and west elevations.
Anlin QuadraTherm
Multi-layer heat retention coating
A heat retention coating that keeps more warmth inside the home on cold days and nights. It pairs with any of the other packages, and it is what moves a Catalina from a 0.27 U-Factor to 0.23.
Anlin SunShield
Blue/gray tinted exterior glass
A blue/gray tint on the exterior glass for maximum solar protection against extreme temperatures and sun exposure. It carries the lowest solar heat gain numbers Anlin publishes.
Anlin SR50 Sound Reduction Glass
Up to 50% less outside noise
Sound suppression glass that reduces outside noise by up to 50% compared with standard dual-pane windows. Panes of differing thickness reduce bounce and vibration, while argon gas dampens the transfer of sound waves.

Anlin Thermal Performance Numbers

The Frame: Anlin XTRU
Anlin’s proprietary Titanium Dioxide Infused Vinyl Extrusion, engineered for strength, durability and energy efficiency, with high temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion. It is certified to ASTM D4726 and AAMA 303-19, and built with air-tight fusion welded corners.
Why this matters here: High temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion are the two properties that matter most in Central Texas. A frame that expands and contracts through a run of 100-degree days is a frame that eventually stops sealing.

Anlin windows and doors carry a Double Lifetime Warranty. Accidental glass breakage, parts, labor and even shipping on covered repairs are free of charge, and the coverage transfers to the next owner if the home is sold.
What “double” actually means: “Double” means the coverage runs for the lifetime of the original homeowner and then again for the lifetime of the next owner who buys the house. Most window warranties end the day the home changes hands, and many that do transfer become prorated or drop labor at the same moment.

Anlin publishes U-Factor, Solar Heat Gain Coefficient and UV block figures for every glass package. On a Catalina single slider with argon gas, standard Infinit-e glass is 0.27 U-Factor with a 0.22 SHGC and 95% UV block. Adding SunMatrix takes UV block to 99% and SHGC to 0.18, and pairing SunMatrix with QuadraTherm brings the U-Factor to 0.23. SunShield reaches a 0.14 SHGC, the lowest solar heat gain Anlin publishes — which is the number that matters most on a west-facing Central Texas elevation.
What is the Anlin Double Lifetime Warranty?

Can Anlin windows be ordered in black or another color?
Yes. Standard XTRU vinyl comes in White, Adobe and Tan on both the exterior and interior.
